• Custom/Bespoke orders: 3-5 working days

• Ready-to-wear items may be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery if unworn and in original condition.
• Bespoke or custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
